How we look after your information
All-Pacific Sports ("we") runs this website and the Gametime app. This notice explains, in plain English, what we collect, why, who can see it and the choices you have. Last updated 12 October 2026.
The short version: we only collect what we need to run the pilot, record games and contact the people who ask us to. We never sell your details. Athletes under 18 take part only with a parent or guardian's agreement.
What we collect
- When you sign up on this website: your name, email and/or mobile number, country and island or village, your sport or organisation, anything you write in the message box and, for athletes under 18, a parent or guardian's name and contact.
- When we give you a Gametime account: your name, email or mobile, role (for example gamekeeper or coach) and team. Passwords are stored scrambled (hashed), so nobody can read them, including us.
- At games: team sheets (player names, jersey numbers, positions) and the plays logged by gamekeepers, such as tries, tackles and cards, with the time they happened.
- For security: a record of logins and changes (who, when, which device and the internet address used), so mistakes and misuse can be traced.
Why we use it
- To run the pilot and contact you about it, because you asked us to.
- To record and publish games accurately, and to build each athlete's verified record.
- To keep the system secure and to resolve disputes about a result.
Who can see it
- Anyone can see scores, fixtures, team names and match statistics on this website. Player names appear in public leaderboards only for adults, or for athletes under 18 whose guardian has given consent.
- Our admins see sign-up details so they can get back to you.
- Coaches, gamekeepers and reviewers see what they need for their games and teams.
- Scouts and recruiters will only see an athlete's profile with that athlete's consent (or their guardian's, if under 18).
- We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers.
Where it is kept
On All-Pacific's own server, hosted by Vultr, with a nightly backup. Phones running the Gametime app keep a copy of the games they work on so they can log offline; that copy is sent to our server when the phone is back online.
How long we keep it
- Sign-up details: until the pilot no longer needs them, or sooner if you ask us to delete them.
- Match records: kept as part of the history of Pacific sport. If you are a player and want your name removed from a record, ask us.
Children and young athletes
Athletes under 18 need a parent or guardian's agreement to sign up, and the guardian's details are collected with the sign-up. In the app, injury and card alerts for young players can go to their guardian. Sponsorship offers for athletes under 16 will need guardian approval, and some sponsor types are never allowed for young athletes.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Parents and guardians can do this for their child. To ask, use the form on the homepage and write your request in the message box. We will reply as soon as we can.
Changes
If we change how we use information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
